BAPE

I think BAPE thing might affect the market. I have read a lot on it. Pretty confident GVT of Quebec will go on with the project. They have to take dcision by next fall. I do think it is unofficially all set. (I cant believe the company continue to invest hundred of millions in phase 2 without any insurance they will accept...) Arcelor Mittal had a similar project in the same area 2-3 years ago, negative BAPE and Gvt said yes to the project whatever BAPE recommandations. I true believe it will be the same for CIA.
