Oil Prices Rise for 2nd Day

Oil Prices Rise for 2nd Day WTI crude futures rose more than 2% to $76 a barrel on Tuesday, following a 1% gain in the previous session, on concerns about supply disruptions and as investors anticipate a rise in demand in China. The terminal at Turkey's Ceyhan port, which exports Azeri crude oil is set to be closed until Wednesday as a precaution after major earthquakes hit the country. Also, Saudi Arabia raised crude prices for Asian markets for the first time in six months as they see a stronger demand, especially from China. At the same time, traders try to assess the impact of a European ban on seaborne imports and price caps for Russian oil products that came into effect on Sunday.
