Cardinal Energy Ltd. is an oil and gas company with operations focused on low decline oil in Western Canada. It is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and production of petroleum and natural gas in the provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. Its operating areas include the Midale, South District, Central District, and North District. It has over 730 million original oils in place (OOIP) and its low decline production of approximately 3,200 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d) is supported by both water and carbon dioxide (CO2) enhanced oil recovery (EOR). Its South District operating area is located east of Calgary in southeastern Alberta and produces medium gravity crude, as well as liquids-rich natural gas. Its Central District operation is located in East Central Alberta, which is focused on producing oil from multiple, large original oil in place (OOIP) pools. Its North area includes Grande Prairie, Clearwater, House Mountain, Mica, and Mitsue properties.

RE:RE:Didn't work did it.Don't know if you are intentionally trying to mislead this board, but I suspect you are. Yesterday someone claimed to hold over $350,000 in the stock but was posting what I consider negative comments about the stock. Who would do that and put your holding in danger? No one that I know. 
Those buying the stock today don't get the dividend. Check with your broker to see if I am wrong. This stock IMO is way under valued.  It should continue up next week. I expect a lot of upgrades. At any rate most buying are not in it for one five cent dividend payment, they are in it for a significant long term gain.

usually set one business day before the record date. If you purchase a stock on its ex-dividend date or after, you will not receive the next dividend payment. Instead, the seller gets the dividend. If you purchase before the ex-dividend date, you get the dividend."
