RE:lol estovaughn

RE:lol estovaughnYa Estevan #5 or #6 only took a week to remove lol. Rest assured he will be back in a week or 2 with yet another alias.

As far as PaceMaker and lumber stocks not a huge fan of the sector.....in the long run actual real estate has always been better than lumber stocks.....actually same goes for banks too, actual real estate>any bank stock. I only buy lumber stocks like CFP after a major decline and am probably one of the first to sell on way up.

75%+ of your net worth should be in real estate that you directly own and control. As any stock can take a 20% hit on any day due to some hedge fund shenanigans......or constant and excessive stock option issuances to management that dilute holders which is the worst actually.

I don't sell stocks with a 4 PE lol. This I will hold and keep adding as other stocks get trimmed. They just gotta keep paying down debt and hopefully buy back fistfuls of shares at these prices. This trades like an oil stock with a 25% decline rate, yet it grows at 1-2% per year like the economy.
