Markets melting down hard so CJR needs to buy these cheap shares while people are willing sellers. Trading at less than 4x earnings and 2x cashflow.
Interest on CJR debt should be going down as it was 4% floating....a 1% interest rate decline would result in 15-20m savings aka 10 cents a share EPS boost along with the 7% leaseback charge boost, and any boost due to buybacks.
Subs won't be going anywhere (women/children focused so not techsavvy cordcutters). It would take a prolonged recession to affect the CJR numbers and by then the large debt repayments/share buybacks should offset it if not directly boost EPS numbers.
