RE:RE:RE:Scotia $4.50 target; Maintains Sector Outperformtop gun.....Since March april may are the 2nd best quarters of the year....i would suggest that since their is a 4 cancellation notice.....all of the revenue for march and April was on the books well prior to Covid factor in Aprill.......I think they ran well over 75% sold out.....so the really soft months are May 15  through Sept 15 traditionally..As a buyer i am buying $100,000 of Tv time  July - September at 70% off.....Just did that....Top gun....So they will take what they can get now....As demand is very low.......Spoke to RBC mortgage broker today....Hasnt written a mortgage in a month.....in Our area last month only 23 detached homes sold in a market of close to a milliion people....When reality sets in for you....let me know
