RE: CANADA OKS LIMITED REVIEW OF MINE PLANS

RE: CANADA OKS LIMITED REVIEW OF MINE PLANSI can't remember the company name but recently I saw an article where BC has finally lost in the Canadian Supreme Court it's opposition to paying for developed mining property it confiscated when making another park. They now have to settle with this company. If I remember correctly it took about 10 years to get to this point. Another similar confiscation/damage case in the US involves Canyon's MT property rendered useless when that state passed a voter initiative to ban the use of cyanide in mining. MT won repeatedly, well at least in its own state courts, but recently the case was appealed to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (a Federal court, renowned for being the most overturned court in the US, but stangely pro-mining in its decisions). Who knows how that will turn out. It reminds me of the nuclear waste dump in Yucca Mountain in Nevada. Everyone wanted the money from the development, until it was time to start shipping waste in. Suddenly everyone seemed to think the whole project should be scrapped. Just have BC write the check for the revised NPV and let's move on to the next target. They'll lose ultimately.
