Right on !!!! China does this all the time, whenever copper gets too high they come out telling everyone that things are slowing down and they are putting the brakes on. All the sheep sell the copper stocks off when the price declines and China scoops copper up at the lower price. You have to get used to this as China will do it again and again.............. They are smart and cagey traders.
