RE:Its like being Robbed by WEFYes this is a scam on investors; I have actually been seeing "more" of this than I remember in Alberta. I am not sure who they think they are protecting with their laws, but it is not the small retail investor. You/we can always vote no against the merger; but I am pretty sure it will do no good.
