Its like being Robbed by WEF

Is it my imagination, although I am loosing a couple of $100 but still I felt that WEF just pulled a scam on retail investors. I wonder how much they promised the scumbag directors - Beat down the share price, kept it low and offer a $2.55 for a share with book value of $5.88. This is why I don't like Canadian market, there would have been lawsuits for this in USA.

Sorry for my rant - I just feel helpless and feel used and abused.

Yes this is a scam on investors; I have actually been seeing "more" of this than I remember in Alberta. I am not sure who they think they are protecting with their laws, but it is not the small retail investor. You/we can always vote no against the merger; but I am pretty sure it will do no good.
