They    will   only    revise    the  offer   when     they    see    they   are   facing    a   no  vote  .   BE   SURE     TO     VOTE      NO   .      Price     of  oil  was     much  lower     when  they   bought    the  control   blocks     at   much   higher   prices.      Even     4.00    would  be  a  low ball  offer.
