As the proxies have gone out and we are voting on this deal; I saw there is zero chance or a revised Waterous offer. Maybe a white knight? I doubt that too at this point though. Waterous stole a company. Meh

They    will   only    revise    the  offer   when     they    see    they   are   facing    a   no  vote  .   BE   SURE     TO     VOTE

I will vote no as well and agre with your points on the increase in the price of oil vs offer price...but I am not holding enough shares to swing this one way or another. Fingers crossed
