3rd quarter

3rd quarter results on nov 14. What are we all thinking it’s gonna look like? To early for a good chunk of debt to be paid down?

I would assume a couple months of dividend payments would be going directly to the debt. Oil prices have been above $50 most of the quarter, so I am expecting some positive news to help lift this lethargic stock.

i have to agree, something fishy, these guys are maybe planning for a cheap takeover to go private, this is so undervalued its not right, it smells..thats why they jumped in, i dont like it..

andy604, I totally agree with you. We are going to get bent over the desk and there's not an effing thing we can do about it. Imagine, company management turned down a $4 plus offer because it wasn't adequate. Now the stock is being manipulated big time.

It would be nice to know who the bidder was that offered over $4.00 and why it was turned down. If it was Waterous and only to end up selling out later for far less to Waterous - some serious questions need be asked. This is clearly being orchestrated right now from the daily morning MM bid/ask which is ALWAYS lower, to huge drop on virtually zero volumn, to the constant wall of shares showing up ...more

The huge increase in the price of oil and its hopeful continuing trend should drag this up on its own.
