The real question is are they better off keeping or eleminating the dividend....Maybe they can Say we will pay out 80% of income to be determined at Quarter end.
yes the stock will go down but this will be a fake leg down and a buying opportunity....Everyone knows they can,t afford the dividend at this point.
Uncertainty is killing this stock at this point thats one of the reasons it is so volitile....
