GDT vs DAT!!

GDT vs DAT!!I asked Quentin to elaborate on GDT vs DAT? Quentin's reply below. Here is the key section of the release which I think answers your question. The only difference between GDT and SEG Trade is trading. Sophisticated and advanced software that can be installed on any Windows-based computer, GDT is moderately priced, as compared to established industry leaders. GDT provides an extensive range of live Level II quotes from multiple U.S. stock and derivative exchanges, comprehensive fundamental and technical analysis tools, portfolio management, price alerts and time and sales data. For a fixed monthly fee, subscribers will have access to all of the functionality of SE Global Trade™, without its trading capabilities. Through a simple activation feature, GDT subscribers will be able to upgrade to full direct access trading capabilities of SE Global Trade™. ++++++++++ I think if I clarify the marketing aspects it may assist in understanding our decision to offer customers GDT as a separate tool from SE Global Trade. While travelling around the globe during the past two years establishing our Alliance Broker Network, many of the firms we met not only liked the idea of a portal to link different exchanges, but also requested a platform to facilitate trades of US securities. As a result of this demand, we sought out SE Global Trade to perform trades from anywhere into the major US markets. While continuing to agressively market SE Global Trade internationally, many prospects expressed interest in using SE Global Trade as a source of US market information separate from Trading. Currently Bloomberg and Bridge are two of the biggest sources for market data. The datafeeds are awesome but users must pay a high premium for the information. GDT is more moderately priced and importantly is plants seeds for future users of the trading software. Not only does this give us revenue, but it also gives us a foot in the door with some firms and retail investors that down the road that might set up trading as well. Hope this answers your concerns. Let me know if you have additional questions. Quentin Mai
