A reply from Quentin!!

A reply from Quentin!!I asked Quentin to comment on the P.P. and would appreciate any other comments that he would like to provide. Quentin's reply: "Next week we are planning to host a conference call for investors to ask questions directly to Toby." If we review the progress made over the past 18 months the company has clearly demonstrated that it can to grow and add revenue. We need look no further than revenue added by the acquisitions of IRIX (late 2000) and the launching of SEGlobal in 2001. Revenue from those two groups, coupled with existing revenue from CIBT should make for a significant consolidated increase for CAG from 2000 to 2001. I think that truly demonstrates the company is going in the right direction. In order to continue to meet business objectives we need to raise capital at this time. The target group of participants for this financing is comprised of institutional and high net worth investors. Management believes that they will add value to the company beyond the investment. Next week we are planning to host a conference call for investors to ask questions directly to Toby. Once the details are finalized we will let everyone know. At this point we are expecting it around Wednesday afternoon.
