These guys don't care about shareholders. With affo about 1.5$/qtr, valuation at 15x = 1.5 4 15 = 90. At 10x = 60. Instead of buying back shares, these guys are issuing new shares. Hope someone

Under what fundementals other than earnings payout is it overvalued with. Have you considered depreciation and amortization are non-cash earnings impacts.

CPX trading at all time highs! Earnings don't cover the dividend and CPX is NOT a growth company. IF I were the board and management, I would have issued a billion dollars

Share buy backs are the refuge of boards and Managment that doesn't know how to effectively deploy Capital. Increase dvidends to keep the payout in the target range but then invest the rest into
