These guys don't care about shareholders. With affo about 1.5$/qtr, valuation at 15x = 1.5 4 15 = 90. At 10x = 60. Instead of buying back shares, these guys are issuing new shares. Hope someone ...more

Under what fundementals other than earnings payout is it overvalued with. Have you considered depreciation and amortization are non-cash earnings impacts.

Stay Away!

CPX trading at all time highs!   Earnings don't cover the dividend and CPX is NOT a growth company.   IF I were the board and management, I would have issued a billion dollars ...more

They've guided for a 7% dividend increase in 2021 and a 5% dividend increase in 2022 - last time the raise was announced at the end of July.  I think if they want to allocate excess cash to ...more
