RE:Insider Transactions - September

RE:Insider Transactions - SeptemberWondered myself for some time now what the purpose of these "gifts" were. Wondered if these fellows turned Saints all of a sudden and give their shares away to charities(?). Any "gift" to trust companies would not qualify for tax exemptions, i suppose; but to charities it would. Bear in  mind that according to the mandate to repurchase stocks by CRH, prohibits insiders from selling their shares while the mandate is in effect. So giving "gifts" is a way around this restriction by the Securitis Commission. In any case we would like to hear from our expert PSDF. GL
