No way it passes, but location is being considered more widely now, and Chile, once considered the "copper" standard for geopolitical risk outside of North America and Australia, is being re-rated for risk factor.
It's 75% isn't it .. for copper over $4 .. but this stuff has happened before . always been rejected in the upper houses (terminology?) .. ain't these countries seen what happened in Venezuela and learnt anything .. hey start a personality cult and destroy foreign investment .. good idea.. still you would expect some tax reform of some sort ..
