The recent update highlights clearly the seasonal aspect of moveins and, if realized, bodes very well going forward. As usual, some prefer to buy after a run up as that is more comfortable for most.

I think there's been a definite sentiment shift back to REITS which is helping all boats to rise, plus some positive noises from analysts about the healthcare space within REITS overall. I'm still not convinced about Chartwell, but I'm heavily invested in Sienna and starting to add positions in Dream Office and Allied.

I'm reaching out to the IR department and they have no idea or wont say.  should be in the 9.75-10.25 range anyway...
