We'll see this Wednesday after market close when CTS is scheduled to release its full Q4 2022 results.

Converge has a greater likelihood for acquisitons.....?

I think more aquisitions is the last thing CTS management should have on their minds right now. How about a decision on the Strategic Review first, for starters....?
