Predictions (just for fun)1) CTS announces its decision on the Strategic Review as part of the release of their Q4 2022 results this Wednesday after market close.
It would make sense as they are scheduled to hold a Conference Call on Thursday at 8 am (before market open) where they could comment on the current financial state of the company and the plan moving forward without the overhang of no decision on the Strategic Review or the questions / doubts analysts and investors stlll have concerning the outcome of the Review.
2) If CTS does announce the decision on the Strategic Review on Wednesday / Thursday, it will not be a takeout of the company by another entity.
