Where do you get Feb 14th from? They typically report in late March and there hasn't been a press release announcing the date of earnings.

From the company.they said there woulld be preliminary earnings then abd later in march the final audited earnings will be posted. Maybe that's when offers will be announced. They need to see a snapshot of preliminary earnings first before making a bid.
