Bought some at 30.75

Bought some at 30.75Since it has had a nice pull back, time to pick some up. Finding well priced stocks with good dividends is getting harder all the time. Have always been a value investor, so I concetrate on finding value. When they get over valued, rotate out and pick up something else, but that is getting hard to do. Right now it is often coming down to who is the least over priced.
