You have to be realistic. They have been making acquisitions paying top premiums. The debt load is quite high and the cost of borrowing. The CEO has a bad reputation in Russia. Besides cannabis leads to heavy drugs and the social cost will be such that the feds will backtrack as the social pressure (votes) build up. Way better fish elsewhere to go long.
