Uplist

I wonder what the ramifications of Safe will be towards msos and LPS?I understand all the benefits to msos but if the major exchanges feel emboldened to allow msos to uplist will this allow more competition in from larger players like constellation ,big pharm and big tobacco?I don't think so I think the language of the bill will be such that an uplist happens but licenses remain limited and an mso monopoly remains intact until full legalization several years from now.

So this is how  see it, MSO uplisting will allow for better financing and institutional investors to invest in the MJ market, but it will also allow for increased competition in the US. The MSOs are profitable and are well established in their turf as they enjoy a protected market. Large whales will want to get in on the action when US legalizes, Constellation for example is already poised to ...more

From what I'm hearing it's the opposite msos will continue to operate with the competition locked out of the market

This supports my belief that MSOs will have to restructure once the state borders open up, all those leased facilities (that MSOs sold to IIPR to free up cash) will soon be empty tomato greenhouses.
