I doubt very much the stock will go to zero if the plan of arrangement is voted down. There is really no downside to voting NO. If the NO side wins, the CUS price may drop a bit but will recover over the next year as debt is paid down. Bear in mind that the TD Action List report on SPB says the transaction is accretive to SPB which is indirectly saying that CUS generates a lot of cash. If the YES side wins the gap betwen the share price and the exchange price will narrow at which point I will sell.

I do not want to be an SPB shareholder and I will explain why in a separate post.
