The latest product they acquired is sold in the UK. They bought them out at an attractive valuation AND THEN will increase sales by pushing the product through their global platform. At 2.6X, even if they don't grow the geographical market for the product, the purchase price is inexpensive. Take into account their global platform and increase potential, this makes acquisitions very interesting. This is what differentiates concordia from others.
