Folks, focus on value and the ability free cash flow and the ability to add value going forward. Private equity can take this company to the next level. $55 to $65 U.S. Is reasonable for the business given the cash flow generation. The shorts are noise, stop focusing on them. It will be a great transaction for private equity. If I had the capital, I would do this 100x over. To be honest, it is not a smart short at severely depressed valuations.
