Sunshine: they are so desperate that even lying is becoming a challenge. Hilarious or maybe he is psychic.

This would be a very attractive deal for private equity.
Comment by sunshine7 on May 20, 2016 4:50pm
Northernselect, you agree but still no reference links? Are you shorts that hard up to insinuate something from 2003 has any relevance to today? With last report having shorts up to 85% of available shares late April, they would be hard pressed to double down. That's just math.
Comment by Roller007 on May 20, 2016 4:56pm
Investigated?  For what ?   13 years ago with different company.  Wow. Now you are stretching it, but I will entertain you and ask the most important question, what was the result of this investigation? Did Forbes bother to publish that.  This is why Cxr will sell very soon, they are fed up with this propaganda. Game over shorts.

That's because they haven't been published yet the poster claims to know. Obvious short tactics which puts into question all else said.Amateur.

TSX info shows they doubled after rumours.. around 1M or so.. we yet to see first half of May on TSX.. They can't double on Nasdaq as its almost maxed out.. avoid the noise and false info.. I am in again since last Friday.. riding out as shorts will get slaughtered here.. CB

Old news... for April - Pre-earnings (May). What a bunch of dopes buying (or selling) into rehashed 'news'.
Comment by sunshine7 on May 20, 2016 6:04pm
Are you naive or deceptive. This is an auto generated report that is quoting data (last known) end of April. Even days to cover is deceptive as it includes shares not available and a lot of wash trading. Try to be more current.

I am new to the chat room.  Seems like the Wild, Wild West.  Folks, focus on value and the ability free cash flow and the ability to add value going forward.  Private equity can take this company to the next level.  $55 to $65 U.S. Is reasonable for the business given the cash flow generation.  The shorts are noise, stop focusing on them.  It will be a great ...more

Oscarthegrouch:  you are mistaken.  Take it from a very seasoned investor, do yourself a huge favour and buy at any price on open Tuesday that's if the buyout is not announced by then.  Cxr cannot function on the open market anymore, it's not a choice, it's a must and management knows it.  Too many tides and obstacles, too much scrutiny and it's just going to ...more

ROLLER007!!!!!!....how can you be so sure of a buyout..it just sounds like a pump ....if the market metrics are so bad and cxr cant function in this open market, then why would someone buy them? and what make you so sure it happens over a this weekend!!!!!!!...i mean of all the things to say !!! you just look like a pumper , no offense but what makes you so sure is what im asking... i ...more

Regardless:  to your first question, it's exactly why it has to go private.  Look at dell.  Im not sure of anything but I make educated based on experience guesses and as for Cxr I said it three weeks ago that I felt the deal was done. Now I feel that the announcement is near.  Reason for the wait?  To get a better offer maybe. Either way I think MT has a personal ...more

ROLLER007....thanks for the reply, as i didnt mean to insult you in any way, but i mean if there is a buyout and the company goes private, it will be a lowball buyout....i doubt that the shareholders who own 65-90$ stock are gonna accept a lowball, offer of something in the 50s..... secondly, buyouts are usually leaked prior to announcements, yet this traded down and low volume today...so what ...more

ROLLER007...also, the re was a buyout, dont you think it would of been announced at market close today? good or bad? why wait till monday?...because u.s markets are open?...that still doesnt make sense....
Comment by Roller007 on May 20, 2016 10:59pm
First, I'm never offended when the argument is put forth intelligently.   At some point Cxr management has to accept an offer that the major shareholders will accept.  If your price is $80 and the only way out is a buyout at 70 then you will take the loss rather than muddle in the 30s for another year.  Unfortunate but true that even with the buyout many will lose but will be in ...more

Okay, sorry, I take that rude stuff I said back.  I have low self-esteem and have nothing material to ad to this board and that is why I have to post disgusting obscenities at others.  Good luck all.
