Is it possible...that both leaks are true? If they are getting down to the short list from multiple suitors, then some will be served notice that their bids do not qualify. Given that these 2 firms are not currently shareholders, it makes sense that they were just bargain hunting. This may just confirm that they are closer to a buy out and working the short list now... hence 'ongoing'.
