I don't buy your logic either. . . and yes, l am also a successful CPA, with CICBV training. We do not want to be debt free. We are currently over-levered, but I anticipate that we will hit our sweet spot with respect to leverage in 2 to 3 years. This assumes that the world doesn't end this month. I am not trading this stock. I am holding for the foreseeable future.
