RE:RE:I'll take

RE:RE:I'll take That's the best case scenario if $65USD participants and Cinven wanted little bit premium. $CXR avg closing price of one year is $49CDN so that's hell a lot of premium.. Takeda has over 700M shares according to Bloomberg so 52M share issue plus cash seems more realistic to me.. Why Takeda makes sense to me? 1) JPY is up 10% vs USD year to date.. I doubt Kuroda wants it to go higher as Nikkei will crash further with strong JPY.. So Takeda may want to take advantage of strong currency before it gets lower. 2) Takeda isban internatonal company with 33B USD market cap and may want to expend more globally as Concordia has network of 100 countries. So Concordia could be good target for them as they were interested in Valeant earlier in the year but got rejected.. 3) I don't know their cash reserve but Japan has NIRP and they may be able to pay down debt faster than any other north American PE ie Apollo etc. So they can save a lot on interest in long term and if JPY drops it's value against USD that's perfect scenario for them if they have hedging policy.. 4) I don't think Brexit is concern to giant Pharma company as it will be short time volatility. I think Brexit is good for UK, bad for EU.. 5) June 2nd event was perfectly cordinated manipulation by few hedge funds in my opinion and Concordia didn't act properly. I wish I was worried about company fundamentals in long term than when next manipulation will be.. CB

$USD30 + 1 TAKEDA share.. the more I look at that company the more I like.. steady eddy no volatility stock.... Kuroda stop buying your garbage ETFs and buy international companies instead :) print more money and pay down debt tmrw.. CB

That would be about $90 CAD. That would be very generous given today's close. If I'm honest I'd probably take $50+ CAD if it was in front of me today. I also don't like the volatility. It makes it hard to hold for your average investor.
