That would be about $90 CAD. That would be very generous given today's close. If I'm honest I'd probably take $50+ CAD if it was in front of me today. I also don't like the volatility. It makes it hard to hold for your average investor.

That's the best case scenario if $65USD participants and Cinven wanted little bit premium. $CXR avg closing price of one year is $49CDN so that's hell a lot of premium.. Takeda has over 700M shares according to Bloomberg so 52M share issue plus cash seems more realistic to me.. Why Takeda makes sense to me? 1) JPY is up 10% vs USD year to date..
