RE:Board Must Fire CEOMaybe Thompson is a genius (though somehow I doubt it); at this point it doesn't matter as the market has completely lost faith in him. There IS underlying value here with a competent management team. Debt levels are manageable with decent management. If you do research on Edward Borkowski, he looks like he should've been CFO from the beginning, with him there may be hope. My dream is to see Cinven (I believe they still own a large portion of CXR) take control of the board (shareholders would absolutely vote for it). Bought in early July at $27 (bad timing lol) and have always been troubled by Management/IR since then. I emailed IR about the structure of their debt covenants and I have yet to get any response...
