Maybe Thompson is a genius (though somehow I doubt it); at this point it doesn't matter as the market has completely lost faith in him. There IS underlying value here with a competent management team. Debt levels are manageable with decent management. If you do research on Edward Borkowski, he looks like he should've been CFO from the beginning, with him there may be hope. My dream is to

Look at Valeant. Stock is up since new CEO took over. Thompson has destroyed so much value and as long as he is at the top, shorts will come down heavey on CXR. New CEO  simply means some shorts may cover for new direction.

100% agree, Mark Thompson bring too many shorts for this company. If he actually love this company, or love this companies' employee, He had to leave. He can be a advisor (but salary will be poor). But Mark thompson must leave. Leaving is better than going to jail. all CXR's long hate this person
