RE:RE:AGM was a farceRad I have no problem if you turn around the ship, you should be rewarded. But how about this idea,
you start doing it, and by it, I mean increasing shareholder value, then let's set up the incentive reward as you are showing you can do it. The AGM option was perhaps 100 pages with self-serving stuff, costing thousands of dollars to put together. My position is that is not the focus...do your job, make something happen, then let's do what is right. 
Many shareholders probably do not know that these AGM's are basically scams, that is, management and directors ram through their personal self-aggrandizement agenda. It seems from the lack of support for my posting, that most shareholders are okay with that. Guess what? if all the shareholders objected that read this Board felt the same, changes could happen.
