RE:RE:RE:AGM was a farceDave, thanks for your posts and the action you have taken on this issue. I certainly support your position and I am willing to launch complaint as well (I am in Alberta so I am not sure if OSC is the regulator to deal with). One of my biggest disappointments in this company is they still have the same board chair and several of the directors who destroyed the company. What Jordan Kupinsky did with his stocks, for instance, his role in the share price collapse and relationship with the previous CEO all warrant close scrutiny and investigation. I don't have any faith in the OSC or any other regulator given their inaction in ths company or others that turned out to be outright fraud.
