The death throes of this company as it heads towards an inevitable restructuring will be volatile.  Best you can hope for is a buyout.

You state your cost basis is 8 dollars.  Assuming a healthy level of BS - I suspect it is nearer 15.  It's going to take some cunning trading to make that back. We all know that the vast majority of retail traders lose their capital (as you have done in this case).  

What if anything have you learnt from this experience?  Did you really average down when insiders were selling to reduce your overall cost basis.............. What were you thinking?
