Strangely enough - I do find palliative care very satisfying and fulfilling.  Helping the terminally ill to cope - with nerve blocks and drainage catheters is a uniquely rewarding experience.  Not an advocate of MAiD though.   Talking of terminally ill - did you buy any more?  Its a great idea for you to reduce your overall cost basis.
