JFF7, The options trade for Valeant (particularly 20 and 30 day puts)  is off the chart.  The market is betting on further deterioration.

there is no case for the buy side yet.  Until they file or sell some assets or become clearer on future earnings picture....the sell side is in full motion.  JFF7
