Concordia Healthcare Corp. > This is a horrible investment.....

This is a horrible investment.....

People are making incredibly stretched and false claims about CXRX on this board, as though some imminent turnaround is about to happen. There is no evidence nor information from the company that things still do not look bad and can be way worse. So you can gamble your money if you'd like, revel in VRX's poor quarter, jump for joy that the short position fell during that last pump dump (no surprise) and know that everyday traders and shorts are running this SP miles above your small retail positions. I have a gold pooping duck, it's a great investment, trust me. I have no evidence, but based on your post you don't need any to invest. I'll sell you 2 gold pooping ducks for $2 billion, it's worth it, trust me. I've satisfied your requirements for an investment, please deliver the money promptly.

Your post doesn't speak English to me. That is how 'far side' this board is. Weird.
Comment by CytochromeP on Feb 28, 2017 9:15am
I guess the troll bots on this forum aren't fluent in sarcasm. When you post numbers backing up your claims I'll take you seriously, until then, you're just spouting garbage for attention.
Comment by Select11 on Feb 28, 2017 9:29am
What numbers. There aren't any to go by. I could give you average PT for this company is $1.36, bonds rated junk, zero shares bought by insiders, Point72 completely sold out, Internal head gone, sizable short position. Something else you need from the market? Oberman's been in the spot for 4 months and still no guidance? quote=CytochromeP]I guess the troll bots on this forum aren't ...more

Someones never read a financial statement before.......... Do you even know what a balance sheet and income statement are?
Comment by DeathPool on Feb 28, 2017 10:11am
See what is happening to Valeant today?   Look out below  ....   PRGO and ENDP are also great shorts...   But there is nothing that compares to CXRX.  It is a gem, and more downside to come.

[/quote] You make a good point Select.   If the guidance was good, it would have been stated by now.  Investors are left thinking that guidance can not service the debt - otherwise why has the management of this company staying silent on issuing guidance ?    Its been four months now since Oberman took over - and NOTHING !!!!    Class Action Suit is full steam ahead, ...more

TraderBen you're joking right? Select doesn't know what a financial statement is, let alone the components of one. I'm sure you've looked at Q2 and Q3 2016 statements right? Or are you waiting for people to tell you what to think about their financials? I'm sure you've also done some research on anemia drugs on the market and the unique mechanism of Trazadone. Not ...more

CytochromeP:  You are new here right? Target price/base case Our $1.00 price target is based on the average of our EV/EBITDA valuation and DCF analysis. Applying a 7.25x multiple to our 2018 Adj. EBITDA forecast of ~$423MM generates a value of $1.05. Our DCF value (12.5% WACC and a -2% terminal growth rate) equates to $0.88. The average of our EV ...more

I am new here, citations are always appreciated. Responding to the points in my post is also appreciated, you looked up the mechanism of action for Trazadone right? You're educated yourself on the compelx absorbion, mechanism and metabolism of the drugs this company provides right? I see part of some technical analysis but where's the fundemental analysis? Cytochrome, you may want to get a twitter account if you want to talk Trazadone and follow @billykenber and @dumpsterfire69.   It looks like the CMA may be interested in this drug too.. Billy Kenber, who has wone numerous awards in the UK for his investigative journalism on Concordia's price gouging, response is here (for those who don't have twitter).  The Competition Market Authority is currently investigating AMCo and  I bet that Concordia is sorry they bought the licencing rights to Trazadone (a drug they already had if you did your research that you say you ...more

HELLLLOOOOO   Latti!    The bull board hasn't been the same since you left!   My crooked investment banker called in my short position, so I am forced to short using bear call spreads.   So Unfair!  Equity is cooked.

Hi Iattice, I don't have a twitter account, since you have done your research I'm guessing you're familiar with how patants work right? Maybe not if you think a company will shell out money for something 'they already own'.
Comment by Iattice on Feb 28, 2017 11:40am
So sad you don't have twitter, as you are about to be made famous on @BagholderQuotes   #BaggiePullsOutThePatantCard

I'm honored, everyone knows that twitter is full of quality information written by upstanding citizens. Too bad you didn't want to continue our discussion.

I can't resist responding to your nonsense this morning.  Billy Kenber won a couple of awards already for his articles on AMCo's price gouging and is nominated for a couple more...   Perhaps you should get twitter just so you can stop embarrassing yourself. To embarrass myself I would first have to care, I don't, you do. I'm flattered that you care so much about me and what I say, I don't feel the same.

Cytochrome, This article explains some things, and it is worth a subscription to The Times just to read it  ...    the drug is not on "patant"  (err...  "patent")  ....  and it is just part of how Concordia got into trouble with the NHS.  It is unfortunate that you picked that drug because it doesn't look good for Concordia.   My ...more

It was one of two I mentioned, the anorexia drug I brought up was ignored for some reason. I'm familiar with some of the tricks used by pharmaceutical companies to keep their monopoly on a certain drug, changing chiral centers is incredibly popular. Hmmm...   About "the anorexia drug"  ... You should run like hell when the company doesn't disclose a chemical name for the drugs it owns.    I would ask you to not be so lazy and read the article but you are clearly just a troll and not worth the time.
Comment by CytochromeP on Feb 28, 2017 2:11pm
They released the name, I didn't say it in my post, everyone in this thread should know what it is right? Its in their financial statements. I'd read the article if it wasn't behind a pay wall, you're clearly a troll because you can't summarize an article you claim to have read.

CytochromeP  Did you replace Stephanovich and MrHulot as the head bullboard Bagholders who have to post every five minutes? Because if so, you make people want to be short this stock you are so bad at pumping it.

Since you follow this board so thourally you know I'm a very recent poster. Excellent, you want to play the assumtion game with no evidence. I'm going to say you're an 85 year old homeless man who lost all his money in the Nortel bust and goes around being salty on forums to pass the time. Your turn.
