CZE is one of the cheapest light oil plays around. And is just starting its most significant/high impact drilling campaign in its short history. Could double or triple reserves this year. All debt free, cashed up and self-funding. CZE is a buy at current prices.
But volume remains pitiful. CZE needs to promote itself. Zero reason for it to trade at such low multiples.
