List 3 assets for sale in summer. CUD have had good bids by Dec when yields dropped a lot and everyone thought big cutting cycle was imminent. Why did they wait till this year

Its pretty crazy actually
That there's buyers for 3 of D.UN for sale buildings, if they fetch over 100m, that buyer can just buy shares of dream office half the price and get 25% of the float.

i don't think they are fighting - at least not yet. cooper has 3 buildings for sale, he made it public. he's also done a SIB, a reverse split and some buying back. i assume manji wants him

What is going on in Cooper's head - is he highly incentivized to release strong earnings and communicate a very bullish outlook? This would defensively push up the price for Samir/Artis/Sandpiper.

Artis and DRM tendered a lot into the SIB and can effectively get back shares at Sub $24 ($12 old price), to 20% each or the limit. Then with asset sale or DIR, run a NCIB which scoops up 1.8m

And they can sell assets for 500/sq foot, why is DRM not buying hand over fist. easy 15-20% gain from these levels? i mean, its good they did start buying, but probably only to fend off
