RE:BIG VOLUME AGAIN

RE:BIG VOLUME AGAINDream Office has exceeded all my expectation with the fabulous performance of its $400 million investment in Dream Industrial, the sale of 720 Bay Street for $135 million, the soon to be completed Toronto properties under development, the positive traction discussed on the conference call regarding leasing and acquiring top notch restaurants to drive more tenant interest and in-place rents still considerably below market rents driving more growth. Maybe Artis/Sandpiper need money for NCIB/FCR. I don't know why anyone else would be selling.
