Not sure how anyone is comfortable with Cooper not selling a small % of DIR to run a modest NCIB at this level after executing a SIB in the same fashion at a price ~50% higher than current.
On a liquidation basis this is worth meaningfully more than the current price. Are you suggesting a liquidator would do a better job of operating this REIT?
