I would have expected a record breaking quarter for royalties revenue ... but didn't happen.
So confused.

Also - board voting is out.
85% approval - with 15% votes withheld ... pretty much across the board.
That doesn't look good on them.

From their financial statements:
Revenue recognition:
"Revenues arising from motion technology use and maintenance agreements are recognized in income (loss) over the period of service, that is, on commercial usage of motion systems. "

So all usage revenue from April to June should have been accounted for, and since probably all systems are connected in real-time, it should be all-in.  I also anticipated a record usage revenue for the quarter, very disappointing.  The seats are nowhere as popular as Claude the peddler has been chanting for the last 10 years...  Numbers talk...

As for the vote results, Claude has lost 11% of support compared to last year.  It should be embarassing for him to have the weakest result along with his buddy president of the board Halde who did nothing since being appointed other than collecting his fat fee, but it's Claude, I'm sure he doesn't even care, as long as he gets his salty paycheck deposited in his bank account, he's happy.  Some people just don't have any pride and will endure anything to support their personal benefits...
