We need the RS. No institutional money can or would be attracted to this stock. Technology is good. Revenues are growing but the stock price has been stuck under $0.15 for months. Has to get over $1.00 and the only realistic way to do it in the near future is a split. Not all splits are a bad sign.

Considering everything I know, I think this business is viable.
