I agree totally, the key to DGI's share price and safety of dividend payout is revenue growth. A 2% growth quarter over quarter will positively effect the share price. The first quarter of 2012 saw revenue growth of 2.8% over first quarter 2011 a good start!

If DGI can increase revenue above 90 mil/quarter going forward the distribution rate drops to apprx 65% and the dividend rate would be safe.

DGi developed a plan lets see if they can pull it off, looking forward to 2nd quarter results
