Share rollback?

Share rollback?Just curious, I thought there were requirements for a minimum listing on TSX. Had to spend no more than 30 days below a buck in the last six months or something like that.  I know it costs money for a share rollback, but a billion shares at a penny isn't exactly on anyone's screen for a company to invest in.  When the turnaround happens, I think a lot more people would be interested in a $2 stock with a 10M float than a $0.02 stock with a billion float.
